Outgain Reorder · For UK B2B suppliers, wholesalers and distributors
Find and win back at‑risk repeat orders without changing your CRM.
Outgain Reorder looks at your existing sales history, spots customers who are drifting from their usual buying pattern, and gives your sales team a prioritised, explained list of who to follow up. Your team decides who to contact and what to say.

The problem
Repeat customers rarely announce that they’re leaving.
In wholesale, most revenue comes from customers who reorder on a rhythm. When a café, caterer or site starts ordering less, there’s no cancellation email. The orders just slow down, or quietly go elsewhere. By the time it shows in the monthly figures, the relationship may already have moved on.
Gaps hide in plain sight
A customer who normally orders every fortnight but hasn’t ordered for five weeks looks like any other line in the sales ledger.
Reps can’t watch every account
Busy sales teams focus on the loudest customers and on new business. Steady accounts often get attention only after they’ve drifted.
Reports look backwards
Monthly sales reports show what has already been lost. They rarely tell anyone who to call today.
How Outgain works
From order history to a short list of calls worth making.
01
Identify
Import your order history. Outgain works out each customer’s usual buying rhythm and flags customers who are later than expected.
02
Prioritise
Overdue customers are ranked, each with a plain-English explanation of why they’re on the list, so reps can trust it and act on it.
03
Follow up
Start from an editable email draft for each customer. Your team reviews it, decides whether to contact the customer, and sends it themselves.
04
Track
Record contact, replies and outcomes. When a later imported order includes a flagged product, Outgain links it as order evidence.
Capabilities
Built around how B2B sales teams actually work.
Customer-level reorder signals
Each customer is measured against their own ordering pattern, not a blanket rule. A weekly buyer and a monthly buyer are judged differently.
Explainable priorities
Every flagged customer comes with the reasoning: their usual gap between orders, how long it has been, and what they normally buy.
Editable follow-up drafts
Start each follow-up from a draft you can edit. AI-assisted drafting is being trialled and will stay optional. Nothing is sent automatically.
Saved follow-up workflow
Status, next follow-up date, notes and a history of changes for every opportunity, from not contacted through to won or not interested.
Order evidence
An outcome is marked as verified only when a later imported order includes a flagged product. No guesswork and no inflated figures.
Simple order-data import
Start from a CSV export of your sales history. You don’t need an integration project to try it.
Fits your existing systems
Works alongside your ERP and CRM, not instead of them.
Outgain doesn’t replace the systems you run your business on. It works from a copy of your order history, finds the customers who need attention, and gives your team a clear, explainable list to work from.
Starts with a CSV export of sales orders or invoices
No changes to your ERP, accounting system or CRM
Your team decides who to contact and sends follow-ups from their own inbox
Direct system integrations are planned, not available today

FAQ
Questions distributors ask
Is Outgain available today?
Outgain Reorder is currently in development. We’re running demonstrations and inviting pilot enquiries from a small number of UK B2B suppliers, wholesalers and distributors.
Does it connect to my ERP or CRM?
Not yet. Today Outgain works from an export of your order history, such as a CSV of invoices or sales orders. Direct integrations are something we plan to explore with pilot partners.
Does Outgain send emails to my customers?
No. Outgain creates editable email drafts. Your team reviews and sends them from their own email account, then records the contact in Outgain.
How does it decide who is overdue?
It looks at each customer’s own order history, works out their usual gap between orders, and flags customers who are noticeably later than expected. Every flag comes with an explanation.
What data would you need?
For a demo, none: we use a fictional dataset. For a pilot, an export of order lines. Customer, product, order date and quantity are the essentials.
How would our data be handled in a pilot?
Before a pilot starts, we’ll agree in writing what order data you share, where it is stored, who can access it and when it is deleted. Outgain Reorder is being built as a cloud-hosted service. We do not claim security certifications we don’t hold.
Does it use AI?
Reorder signals come from your own order history and are explained in plain English. We are trialling optional AI help for writing first-draft follow-up emails. A person always reviews, edits and sends any message.
